During our family vacation at New Grand, we enjoyed a stay on the 6th floor with stunning views of snow-capped Mount Gassan. What truly made our experience memorable were the staff members. Mr Ito at the reception exemplified courteous Japanese hospitality, always ready to assist. Ms. Hatta in the restaurant worked diligently to ensure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was a highlight of our mornings-superbly presented and tasty, it catered perfectly to our family's diverse tastes. The hotel's spaciousness allowed us to unwind amidst family-friendly amenities, freeing us to create unforgettable memories together. My children spent hours reading the Yamagata Shimbun and Nikkei Shimbun in the cozy corners, enjoying the tranquility. New Grand stands out for families seeking a comfortable environment that embraces both relaxation and adventure. We left with fond memories and a desire to return. It's a place where families can truly connect and feel at home.
